Hospital Gown Redesign Project

2022-2024

This project has been a collaboration between Vanderbilt medical students, doctors, nurses, and students from Vanderbilt and the community, to design a new dignity centered gown with a goal of promoting healing and well being.

Project Exhibitions to share ideas and to gather feedback on the form and function of the gown designs

March 2024: The project was exhibited at the Vanderbilt Curb Center

April-August 2024: the project is on exhibit at the Vanderbilt School of Nursing’s MIND (Mindful Immersive Nursing Demonstration) Lab to gather feedback from nurses and nursing students
